能，但收效甚微。“背诵”这个行为对语言组织能力的影响十分有限。说话时，特别是日常交际时，没人会一言不合就开始背课文。踏踏实实地通过阅读与写作练习把自身的积极单词量积累起来，再加上系统性地把语法学好，以及进行有反馈与纠正的对话练习吧。另外，“语感”这种除了在一些国内发布的营销文里面能找到，但在任何严肃的TESOL/TEFL（对外英语教学）学术文献中怎么都找不到的伪命题，建议早忘掉早好。
