当然可以了，而且可以让你放开去说。关键还是靠自己，培训也主要是纠正发音，做一些对话练习，会有助于口语的表达。   俗话说得好，师傅领进门，修行在个人。学会了方法后，最主要的还是要自己多练习，别人说的再好，不等于是自己的。  很多人整天听英语新闻看英文电影，但提升很慢，主要原因就是他只听不张嘴，没什么意义，最多就是增加点语感，如果平时有基础，自己再努力点，能模仿口述电影中的情节，这样的学习才有效

能，但收效甚微。“背诵”这个行为对语言组织能力的影响十分有限。说话时，特别是日常交际时，没人会一言不合就开始背课文。踏踏实实地通过阅读与写作练习把自身的积极单词量积累起来，再加上系统性地把语法学好，以及进行有反馈与纠正的对话练习吧。另外，“语感”这种除了在一些国内发布的营销文里面能找到，但在任何严肃的TESOL/TEFL（对外英语教学）学术文献中怎么都找不到的伪命题，建议早忘掉早好。
