上完培训班自己回家多练是主要的。可以听听慢速英语，跟读，看点简单的外国片，跟读，提高发音准确度，提升语感。

其实出国前你想提高英语水平并不困难，只要训练好自己的口语能力，在日常的交流中都是没有问题的。

1你要去多背些单词，增加自己的词汇量。毕竟英语都是由单词组成的。

2可以多看些外国电影或者是录音，练习自己的听力，也可以尽量模仿电影里的语调，练习自己的口语。你可以边看电影边学英语，方便又有趣。在家学英语

3你要多说英语，找个和你练习英语的同伴，练练自己的口语。平常不要放过和老外聊天的机会，毕竟学口语都是为了和人交流的，所以“说”很重要，不要怕说错，大胆地说出来。
