  很简单。我们学语文的老师教我们古文时说这就是半门外语，也就是说，学习外语词汇很重要，下面，我给你具体讲讲我的一些心得。 1：在网络上，很多文章教大家怎么一个月过六级，半x个月过四级，个人认为：可能！但那绝对是针对英语基础比较好的朋友。如果你开始英语基础就不好，那就只能和我一样，脚踏实地的一步一步走。其实最重要的一点，就是学习没有捷径可以走。 2：听力： 听力部分是四六级考试里面最容易拿分数的部分。总分20分里面，如果听力水平较好，拿16-18分不成问题。所谓的水平好，我觉得只要能听懂voa stand english，应付六级就足够了。作为我个人，我没系统听过历年四六级考试的题目，但是考试估分，听力都是16-18分。 最开始的时候，我连听voa special english都很困难。我的方法是：一个sp要听4-5次，把里面不懂的英语单词的发音，含义全部搞清楚，然后每天坚持2个小时的听力训练，狂攻sp。如果没事，就拿一个MP3吊耳朵，让自己慢慢习惯英语语境。2个月后，我听了一盘四级英语考试磁带，发现自己原来根本听不明白的东西变的简单了。 现在，你已经具备了一定的听力基础。接下来，可以进...

练习英语口语的方法？

首先练习口语的目的是什么？是在完善发音、语调、语速，表达逻辑之上，提升整个语言表现能力。

完整、有逻辑的英语句子从自己的嘴里蹦出来，能与小伙伴甚至外国朋友无障碍地进行英语沟通--这些也是较高语言表现能力的体现。

而如何达到以上理想状态呢？我始终相信“功不唐捐”。不管你采取什么方式方法，只要能见效--这种效果你是隔个3天、隔一周能清楚体会到的，就是好方法。

题主，包括关注这个问题的知友们，不用过分计较自己现有的学习方式是否可以提高口语水平，先找一周半个月尝试，结合看到的答案与建议，调整计划与行动后，不断实践。提升口语是一个很自然的结果。

题主问题补充中提到每天半小时反复跟读一句话。我不清楚题主的英语学习目前在什么阶段。但对于大多数中级英语学习者，并且真正想提高英语口语的来说，这点输入量是远远不够的。而输入之后，你通过何种方式输出、练习--与人英语交流时用上练过的话，或者把自己练习的话录下来，并且定期回顾、复习也是需要考虑的。

我就口语练习进行一些补充：

英语角和沙龙提供了很好的练习机会。你可以见缝插针地将之前输入的巧妙地输出。除了唠嗑与闲聊，你们总要和小伙伴一起就某个话题、问题、社会热点进行讨论吧。

你也许需要描述发生了什么--what 这件事为什么会发生--why 以及发生后的影响--effect 在其中你还需提出自己的观点，并用例子，事实或是常识支持你的观点。这也方便你说服有不同想法的小伙伴。

It is not necessary for everybody to agree but all group members should explain their point of view and try to persuade the others.

如果将语言学习比作身体，那么肉身--发音、语调、词汇需要自己每日积累，不断坚持输入与输出。骨架--句型结构、语法都是可以从外借鉴的。
